The groomer, Maggie was professional, nice and detail in explaining grooming procedures, and provide necessary advice for the appearance of the pets. Prior to everything, kindly provide all the necessary informations (allergies, skin conditions and type of style u want for the pet). My request was a shave down for the dog.
My dog went there with a wiry coat, lots of complain, and not so happy mood. After grooming, the dog was thoroughly clean, happy and not so fussy anymore. It was a quick session as compared to my previous groomer, and the service provided was excellent.”
