OUR STORY

Dog Haven Grooming Salon established its paw prints in 2010 and built its presence as a safe and relaxed grooming salon not only in the neighbourhood of Jasmine Road but also in other parts of Singapore.
Your furkids will be greeted by our friendly team that has over 40 years of grooming experience and handling of over 80,000 dogs. As such, rest assured that your furkids will have an enjoyable and fun grooming cum spa session. We are also a registered member in good standing of International Society of Canine Cosmetologists (ISCC) and National Dog Groomer Association of American (NDGAA).
On top of that, our salon is home to pioneer certified Dog First Aid Instructor in Singapore, and offers the internationally accredited Canine First Responder course in South East Asia, which comes with a 2-year certification from the U.K.
While we cater to all our pawrents’ needs and requirements for the grooming of your furkids, please understand that we will share our professional views and advice as the well-being of your furbabies is of our utmost importance.

Renee

Professional Pet Stylist

Renee is our Team Lead professional pet stylist with over 20 years of experience.

Renee has gained grooming experience as she went to different countries as a travelling groomer such as Australia, Thailand, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Malaysia. In particular, she enjoyed 3 years in Australia where she worked on different Large and Giant breeds, which are less common here, while she groomed smaller dog breeds when she resided in China and Malaysia. She is patient with each and every dog and exceptionally gentle with those needing a special touch post-op.

She spends her free time cafe hopping with her dogs and having a chillax day with them.

Maggie

Professional Pet Stylist

Passionate in working with animals, Maggie Charn joined the petcare industry and was trained and certified as a pet stylist in 2004. Since then, she has groomed and styled over thousands dogs and other small animals, styling them in different haircuts.

She is the founder of Dog Haven Grooming Salon which was established in 2010. Hoping to spread the knowledge and skills of pet grooming, she has designed and conducted grooming courses and provided pet business consultancy to help like-minded individuals venture into the pet care industry.

Equipped with dog first aid knowledge, Maggie is also a certified Dog First Aid instructor and has also assumed the role of the Course Director for the Canine First Responder course in 2022.
In her free time, she loves to go to the parks together with her furbaby Kiki whom she adopted in 2021.

Your experience is our priority

From the first time you book an appointment, we want you to provide you with a pleasant experience when conversing over the phone with us. We welcome both you and your furkid to our open-concept grooming salon. If you have a specific time you need your dog to be picked up, please notify us at the time of drop-off. There is no additional fee to hold your dog for you until you are able to pick up. While your furkid is being pampered, feel free to take a walk of about 1-2minutes to Thomson Plaza to shop or to enjoy a drink at Starbucks.
